Question 1

How do I find a good meeting time across time zones?

Accepted Answer

Add every city that will join, then look for columns marked ★: those hours fall inside 9 AM – 5 PM office hours in every city. Columns marked • are times when everyone is at least awake (7 AM – 10 PM).

Question 2

What is the best time for a meeting between San Francisco, London, Singapore?

Accepted Answer

There is no hour when everyone is awake between 7 AM and 10 PM. Try fewer cities, or ask one side to join early or late.

Question 3

Does the planner include daylight saving time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick the meeting date and the planner uses each city's official time zone rules for that day, including daylight saving changes and different work weeks such as Sunday to Thursday in Saudi Arabia.
